God is a relational God, and when He created man, He created him with the need to have a relationship with Him. In every human being there is a void that can only be filled by Jesus Christ. Man has tried to fill that void with anything and everything. That is why bars are full of alcoholics, casinos are full gamblers, hospitals are full of drug addicts, and America is full of obesity. They are all empty and trying to fill that emptiness with anything except the solution—Jesus Christ. Jesus is the answer to all of life’s problems, and when we pursue Him the void will be filled. So when you are faced with a trial or temptation, the answer is just Jesus. He is the love you need for that unlovable person. He is the patience you need for that exasperated customer. He is the joy you need for that difficult circumstance. He is the peace you need for that tense trial. He is the grace you need for that impossible situation. He is the boldness you need for that witnessing opportunity. As a fellowship, our desire is that we would so know Jesus this year that truly we can say with our theme, “It’s Just Jesus.” -Zachary Reed, Judson Fellowship President
- 29 members in the fellowship

- Fellowship of the year 3 out of the last 4 years
- Fellowship colors have not been changed from the time the fellowship was started
- This past summer, nine Judson members went on a missions trip to South Africa to minister with the Grahams and Overmillers. Evangelist Bobby Bosler, a Judson alumnus, was their sponsor. The Lord allowed them to lead forty-six people to the Lord through the Cola-Clash outreach, and they were also able to minister in several different churches. Praise the Lord for the work He is doing in the hearts of the people of South Africa.
Q: Which country is not represented by a current Judson member?
A. South Africa
"It's Just Jesus" has been a reminder of how simple the Christian life is. All I need is Jesus! If my focus is on Christ alone, everything else with fall in place."
The theme, "It's Just Jesus," has been a focusing tool in my life. It is imperative for me to remember that in everything, Christ should be my focus. Nothing else matters; truly it is just Jesus. The theme has been a help. In joy or heartache, blessing or sorrow, feast or famine, life or death, "It's Just Jesus!"
Through this theme, the Lord has shown me that the life of Jesus is a life of discipleship. As I follow Him in faith and obedience, He commissions me to show someone else how to live the same way. "It's Just Jesus" implies that my life has to touch another one in order to be fruitful.
It has been life-changing for me to claim the reality of our theme ("It's Just Jesus") in moments of temptation or when I feel confused about what I'm supposed to do in a particular situation. It is so freeing to simply look to Jesus and see Him deliver and show Himself faithful!
The Lord has been showing me how much I need to depend on Him in the practical areas. Numerous times this semester I did not know how I was going to accomplish something. It was humanly impossible. However, I have seen that every time I stop trying to figure out an impossibility, and simply give it to the Lord in dependence on Him, He makes it possible. I am thankful that success in the Christian life is not dependent on me, but that it is completely dependent on Jesus!
The Lord had already been working in my heart about Judson's theme during the summer, using Ps. 27:8, "When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord, will I seek." Through various Judson chapels, testimonies, and continued seeking the Lord I realized how often I try to satisfy myself with things other than Just Jesus. The Lord has shown me such a sweet place of rest when I simply choose Him above everything else. Life is so simple when we choose Just Jesus!
